Just signed up and the user interface isn't clear to me. The jumping left bar is terrible, I don't understand how to use this (and I really wanted to for some reason).

Put in more effort to make clear to your users how you want them to use your site. I wasn't able with the starting version to make something appear on the right side and the annoying left menu kept on jumping.

As it is now, I'm really not going to use this (even the free version).
