I'm in the middle-right in terms of rent control. I lean slightly towards no rent control.

I'm against forcing homeowners to live in the property or rent it out at all times. Homeowners should be allowed to do what they want which includes leaving it empty.

By forcing homeowners to always have occupancy, the government essentially owns the property.
